Returns & Refunds

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the website www.thepoppyseedsoapery.com.

You have 14 days after receiving your purchased items(s) to request a return. We kindly ask you to provide a photo of the product you wish to return which clearly shows that the product is unused and unpacked.

Your request email should include the following information:

The order number (you can find this in the confirmation email of your order)
A photo that shows the product is unused. If your product arrived damaged, please add a photo that clearly shows the damage to the product
We would appreciate it if you gave us a reason for the return request. This way we can improve our services and/or products in the future

The Poppy Seed Soapery will only accept a return or refund if the product(s) is returned in the original packaging and the return request is made within 14 days of arrival of the product; no refund will be made for products that have been opened, used or are returned damaged (unless the product arrived damaged) in light of hygiene and public safety.

The method of shipping and the associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The Poppy Seed Soapery does not accept returns for items that are on sale or are purchased with a giftcard/coupon.

Refunds

A full refund will be provided after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned product(s) was not opened. We aim to process returns within 7 days after we receive the product(s).

After processing your return we will immediately transfer the value of the returned product(s) to your bank account. You will receive a notification email confirming the result of your return request. If your return was denied, we will inform you of the reasoning behind our decision.
